Cheesecake with chocolate crust

Ingredients:

butter
100 Grams

egg

cocoa powder

For the filling
cottage cheese
250 Grams
sour cream
0.5 Cups
canned pears
400 Grams
eggs

lemon juice
4 Tablespoons
Icing sugar

1.5 Tablespoons

Preparation mode:

Mix the butter with brown sugar.
Add egg, add mixed together dry ingredients and mix up, until you have dough.
Stick it on a 26 cm diameter pie-shaped pan at the bottom and edges. Secure the edges with folded foil strips and bake in an oven with 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Cut pears into small pieces.
Mix up all of the stuffing ingredients and pour over the roasted dough.
Bake in an oven with 175 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until cake looks nicely brown.
