Cottage cheese cake

Ingredients:

flour
300 Grams
butter
150 Grams
softened
eggs
4
sugar
200 Grams
cottage cheese
360 Grams
vanilla
baking powder
1,5 Teaspoons
golden raisins
200 Grams

Preparation mode:

First of all pour over boiled water on the raisins and let them soak for a while.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add a vanilla.

Beat in eggs, after each mix the batter well.

Prepare cottage cheese by draining extra moisture if necessary. Mix it into the batter.

Sift together the flour an baking power and add them into the wet ingriendts.

Pour the drained raisins and stir till the batter mixes well.

Scoop it into pan, which should be greased with butter beforehand, and spread evenly.

Bake the cake for about 40 minutes.
