Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
Sift together the flour and baking powder. Set aside for a while
Cut the bananas into peaces. Usually I slice the banana through the middle, then to 1 cm chunks.
In a large bowl combine the eggs, sugar and yogurt. Mix them well.
Add the melted butter and few drops of the vanilla essence. Stir the batter.
Add the flour and mix well.
Finally put the sliced bananas and stir well.
Line the cupcakes pan with the paper liners.
Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake them about 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick inserted into the cupcake comes out clean.
For the decoration:
Whisk the sour cream with powdered sugar. The quantity of sugar depends how sweet you would like the cream 🙂
After the cupcakes are cooled down, cover the top of the cupcake with cream and drop some chocolate shavings.
